Concept:

This site is not only a hub for education, relaxation, and interaction for local residents and visitors but also serves as a habitat for various living organisms that support biodiversity and ecological balance in the region. It is a place where human activity coexists with other life forms to create a harmonious environment that benefits all its inhabitants.

A living Ecosystem

Our design is based on the concept that an industrial area is not an isolated space but a living ecosystem where nature and people coexist and influence each other. The proposed solutions are comprehensive, addressing the needs of all stakeholders involved.

Economy

In designing the proposal, we applied the principles of economic efficiency and functionality. We considered a regular construction grid, ensuring economical use of available spaces and building volumes. This approach not only minimizes costs but also contributes to more efficient use of the developed area.
